Getting started
Delivery process
How Moydus ships custom software — discovery, milestones, QA, launch, and handoff.
Moydus runs projects as product engineering, not agency handoffs. You work with the engineers building the product, with written scope and milestones you can track.
Process overview
Discovery
Written scope, architecture review, milestone plan, and fixed-price estimate before development begins.
Development milestones
Two-week cycles with demoable output, async updates, and scope validation at each checkpoint.
QA and staging
Automated tests, staging environment review, and cross-device QA before each release.
Launch and handoff
Production deployment, documentation, environment setup, and a structured technical walkthrough.
What you get at handoff
- Production deployment configuration
- Environment variable and infrastructure documentation
- Code ownership in repositories you control
- Technical walkthrough for your team
- Optional post-launch support, monitoring, and iteration
Typical stack
Marketing and product builds commonly use:
- Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind
- APIs: tRPC or REST
- Data: PostgreSQL (Supabase / Neon)
- Auth: Clerk or NextAuth
- Payments: Stripe
- Hosting: Vercel or AWS
- Observability: Sentry
Ecommerce projects may use Shopify Storefront API or a fully custom commerce stack. Search often uses Algolia or Typesense.
